昨天看了一篇演讲记录，演讲人是条形马@好成绩教育，引起了一些思考，做些记录。

1. 社群 = 社区

常有人问：社区和社群的区别是什么？传统定义对社区/社群的定义，比如：

• 具备互动关系的和共同文化维系力，相互关联的人群，形成的共同体及其活动区域；
• 人群基于共同点（兴趣、爱好、身份、需求、地域等）衍生的社交关系链；
• 聚居在一定地域范围内的人们所组成的社会生活共同体。

我粗暴的观点是：两者的英文都是 Community，就当它们是一样的好了，你习惯怎么说都行。毕竟“专业人士”都搞不明白，那用户更不清楚。

最近大家都说社群，那我们就用社群好了。

2. 社群就是个组织，社群运营即组织管理

条形马觉得社群就是是一群人聚在一起，相比于个体加在一起，多出来的那部分。

从这个角度说，社群就是组织，组织建设、管理、发展的很多思路与方法都可以套用。

我注意到了前些天小某书的微博没了，唏嘘之余，琢磨这事是怎么发生的，想来大概有这么两类人、四种情况：

两类人是：

1. 攻击者；
2. 内部运营者。

四种情况是：

1. 微博账号被攻击者黑掉，完全外部攻击导致；
2. 内部运营者有意为之（实际等同于攻击者）；
3. 内部运营者不知情，被攻击者利用；
4. 内部运营者不知情，内容纯属巧合。

创业笔记 420：方正字库

上午起床，收到一封来自苹果的邮件，主要内容是：

On 5/25/2021, we received a notice from 北京北大方正电子有限公司 (Founder Electronics Co., Ltd) (“Complainant”) that Complainant believes the app listed below infringes its intellectual property rights. In particular, Complainant believes you are infringing its copyright. Please see their comments below.

Comments: 未经授权使用方正字库字体，多次告知无效，到目前为止仍在侵权使用。 Although we have informed them that their use of Founder fonts infringe our rights, but they have not been stopped .

You can reach Complainant through 方正字库 法务部 (email: ****@founder.com), copied on this email. Please exchange correspondence directly with Complainant.

We look forward to receiving written assurance that your application does not infringe Complainant’s rights, or that the parties are taking steps to promptly resolve the matter. Please keep us apprised of your progress.

Please note that during the course of this matter:

1. Correspondence to Apple must include the reference number noted above in the subject line and copy the other party. All correspondence sent to Apple may be shared with the other party.
2. Written assurance of rights may include confirmation that your application does not infringe Complainant’s rights, an express authorization from Complainant, or other evidence acceptable to Apple, and should include documentation wherever possible.
3. Should you choose to remove your application (for example, while you make any necessary changes), visit App Store Connect at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com and access your app in the Manage Your Application module.

• 得到 App 里有个得到锦囊，是用户提问（可匿名）、专家回答、会员可读的产品，年费 199，目前有 3700+ 问答；
• 得到锦囊的一个比较大的特点是，回答强制用1、2、3、4 这样的方式区隔——我能看到有些回答其实并没有并列、递进关系，但也是这样排列，有利有弊；
• PGC 的回复只有电脑版，支持图文混排；
• 用户可以留言、赞赏（居然砍掉了点赞）；
• 可以“请朋友读”，前 20 个免费看全部，后面的人需要付费；
• 锦囊的展示以分类为主，排序方式可以按猜你喜欢、上架时间、热度；
• 用户提问时有标题、描述两个必选项，并有“让你的问题更容易被选中”和“如何提问”的提示。

在一个运动打卡群里，早先的打卡形态是接龙，类似这样：

跑团5月目标设置

1、user 100/21 KM 2、user 20/2 KM 3、user 90/53 KM 4、…… 5、……

为了更规范，组织者找了个运动小程序，请大家注册、登录小程序，在里面打卡。我观察到了一些问题：

• 群聊里接龙打卡，会带来一拨互动，点赞的夸耀的惭愧的，且有刺激作用。小程序里没了；
• 小程序索要了过多的信息（手机、真实姓名等等）；
• 为了兼容多种运动，导致界面复杂，自动识别（上传图片后自动识别并记录数据）实现不完善，每次打卡操作更麻烦。
