昨天跟同事聊天,他提到对目前在做的产品的“不一样”有点没把握。
我说,有时候,产品理念也是一种不一样,甚至可能是同行不太好模仿的不一样,例如我经常说的简单、长期。

- 承诺不融资、不被收购、不关站
- 永远在线
这几个说法,说起来容易,但真要做到,并不容易。而且还蛮打动我的。
再举一个例子是 Wordpress 的 100 years plan:https://wordpress.com/100-year/,用户也问了,100 年,你们公司都可能不在了,你怎么保障我?他们的回答是:
