前几天重读《失控》——毕竟知识星球的 Slogan（连接一千位铁杆粉丝）出处就是凯文凯利——而且做社区，似乎他的很多想法有参考价值。
整本《失控》里，讲了很多故事，最后的总结就是九律。
- 分布式生存（Distribute being）
- 自下而上的控制（Control from the bottom）
- 创造递增收益（Cultivate increasing returns）
- 模块化生长（Grow by chunking）
- 最大化边界（Maximize the fringes）
- 鼓励犯错误（Honor your errors）
- 不求最优，但求更多（Pursue no optima, have multiple goals）
