1. 疫情期间，Zoom 的用户翻了 30 倍。因此公司员工从 2000 人增加到 8000 人。但疫情后，流量下滑，加上员工增加太快且远程办公，文化传递不够。从 Zoom 创始人的角度看，这波大起大落，带来了很大的伤害。
